Endorsement Restrictions
Unauthorized Association: Advertisers are prohibited from using logos, brand elements, or any visual or textual identities in a manner that suggests or implies any form of affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship with the trademark owner when no such relationship officially exists. This includes but is not limited to, the use of these elements in advertising, promotional materials, or on any product packaging.

Avoiding Imitation: Advertisers must refrain from imitating or replicating the trademarked logos, product names, trade names, or business names of others. This includes creating designs or names that are deceptively similar to existing trademarks which could confuse consumers.

Deceptive Practices
Misleading Representations: Logos or trademarks must not be used in a misleading manner. They should accurately represent the entity or product they are associated with and should not deceive the consumer about the nature of the business, its affiliations, or its endorsements.

Clarity and Legibility
Visibility Requirements: All logos and trademarks used must be clear and legible. They should be appropriately sized — not excessively large or small — and displayed in a way that they are easily recognizable and readable by the public. This ensures the true and accurate representation of the brand is communicated effectively.

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe your copyrighted material is being used in ads on our platform without authorization, you may submit a formal report using our DMCA Takedown Request Form.
To help us process your report efficiently, please ensure that the form is fully completed and signed.
Once submitted, our team will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the infringing ad(s) or suspension of the advertiser’s account in accordance with our Enforcement and Compliance policy.
