Welcome to Organization-Level Billing! If you are a large advertiser or an agency managing multiple ad accounts, this feature serves as your centralized financial control center. Instead of managing separate prepaid balances or payment methods for every single ad account, you can handle everything from one central organization layer.
1. Key Benefits of Organization-Level Billing
- Centralized Budget Control: Top up one large balance via a single payment method, then distribute budgets across multiple ad accounts as needed.
- Operational Flexibility: Individual ad accounts can still maintain their own independent prepaid funds (for urgent top-ups) while seamlessly coexisting with org-level funding.
- Reduced Campaign Downtime: If an individual account runs out of funds, an Org Admin can instantly allocate funds from the central pool to keep your ads running.
- Streamlined Tracking: Enjoy fewer separate transactions and a unified view of your total ad spend.
2. Managing Organization Credits
The platform supports three distinct types of centralized credit: Top-up Credit, Promotional Credit, and Rebate Credit.
Credit Management Permissions
Depending on your role, here is how credits can be added and allocated:
| Credit Type | Who Can Add | How to Add | Who Can Allocate to Accounts |
| Top-up Credit | Org Admin | Card, ACH, or Promo Code | Org Admin |
| Promotional Credit | NewsBreak Finance | Promo Code | Org Admin |
| Rebate Credit | NewsBreak Finance | Promo Code | Org Admin |
Allocating and Reclaiming Credit
- Individual Quota Mode: Org credits do not automatically spread across all accounts. An admin must manually specify the exact credit type and amount to allocate to a child account. Any unassigned credit remains safely at the organization level.
- Reclaiming Funds: Admins can adjust balances by assigning positive values or reclaiming funds using negative values. Note: You cannot reclaim more funds than the account's remaining org-assigned balance.
- Expiration Rules: Promotional and Rebate credits can expire. When an org-level promotional credit expires, both the unallocated amount at the org level and the assigned amount on the individual account level will expire simultaneously.
