Once your account is created, Business Profile details cannot be edited directly within the Ads Manager platform. This restriction helps us maintain account security and verification standards.
Locked Profile Fields
The following profile details are locked and cannot be changed manually:
Business Description / Type: How your entity or business is categorized.
Legal Business Name: Official registered company name.
Legal Business Address: Official registered business address.
Business Identifier Details: Identifier type and Business ID number.
Website: Product or company URL.
Business Contact Number: Primary telephone number.
Industry Category: The industry sector that best describes your offerings.
Platform Ad Spend: Estimated daily spend on other advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
Preferred Contact Method: Designated contact details (e.g., Slack handle, Telegram, or email).
